Our Working Process
Quote
When requesting a quote, we endeavour to respond with a quote within a 2 days or sooner!
Order
Once the quote is accepted, we proceed with invoicing and processing your artwork after payment.
Approve artwork
Artwork to be provided in a print-ready format. We will not brand without your approval.
Delivery
Delivery is made to your office within a minimum of 2 weeks from artwork approval.

- Am I able to order samples?
Yes, you are able to order branded or unbranded samples at your cost before placing an order. - How long is my quote valid for?
Our quotes are typically valid for 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise. - What format must my logo be in?
Your logo needs to be in a high-res format, preferably in a print ready (Vector) format. - What if I have no logo or my logo is not in the correct format?
You need to have your graphic designer assist, or we will use our preferred supplier to do it for you. - What is your general lead time to receive my order?
2-3 weeks after artwork approval; unique gifting may have longer lead times. - Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. - May I enquire about products I don’t see on your website?
Sure! If you don’t see it on our website or e-catalogues, send us your item code or image and we will get back to you. - Do you only do eco-friendly products?
No we don’t. Although we promote the use of eco-friendly products, we are able to assist with other options… but don’t blame us for trying to suggest an eco friendly option as well. How else would we persuade you to come over to the sustainable marketing side?
